As always, there will be sand gardens and a sleeping room, so bring with you any of the following items: a pillow, a book, a journal, a sketchbook, a saying or quote on a piece of paper, or a small symbolic object upon which to focus your meditation. We ask that you leave your electronic devices with your folks, as we take a break from our hectic day to day lives.
